OUR MISSION
Mentorshipped was founded on a simple belief: every ambitious young person deserves a real shot at the workforce — regardless of their zip code, background, or connections.
We partner with local businesses to create paid, meaningful internship experiences for high school students. Students gain hands-on skills, professional mentors, and a résumé that actually opens doors. Employers gain motivated, fresh talent and the satisfaction of investing in the next generation.
WHAT WE DO
Our program is built around four pillars that set students up for long-term success:
Real Work Experience
Students are placed in paid internships with local Orange County businesses, working on real projects — not coffee runs.
Mentorship & Coaching
Every student is paired with an industry professional who guides them through the internship and beyond.

From Shopify and social media marketing to customer service and account management — students build skills employers actually want.
